as someone said above the body keeps the Colon pretty clean, and unless you have some serious issues, it should stay that way just fine. if you really want to "cleanse" your body out, go to the store and get some Go-Lightly or magnesium citrate (mag citrate) you will be cleansed in a few hours. its not fun and bring a good book to the bathroom
