I have jumped with him once and he can fly like no other person I have ever met. 28 years old and been jumping since he was 5, yes thats right 5 years old. This is freeflying and what i am working on learning. If you look closely you can see jumpers sit flying. That part i have stable.

Dude. That's bad ass. I love the un-structured feel of the things they do in that video. It's not all about 30 people making a giant shape or anything like that and it's not all overly artistic either. Just looks like fun.

The one downside to skydiving like that, as I can see it, it would make not being able to fly all that more depressing. No wonder you get so addicted to it.
