you will now spend a lot of money on that computer trying to make it go faster while having random errors pop up. then you will get frustrated and sell the computer, and enjoy your new computer. then you will see someone else with a computer like your old one and feel regretful that you sold your old one. then you will buy the same old computer again, telling yourself that "this time i will do it better" which you will then start all over agin trying to make it faster and smile this time while you stay up late at night with a beer trying to fix some random error.
