Well, this is a few things i did with the garage for those who have been over before.

Add 2 more 8' fixtures over the work bench...I want a tan while in the garage...lol That totals 14 8' High Output bulbs!

Found a use for my Orion NT interior speakers. If you know these speaks, you know why they are not worth selling. They sound great

I have been out this weekend in the 3 degree weather drywalling my garage Terry. I am also hanging 4 more 8' shop lights. I will post pics of mine hopefuly Tuesday when I am done. I am doing all the drywall one man, with 12' sheets, haha. I need to rent a hoist tomorrow to do the ceiling.

That looks like a sick place to work on the car. I wish i had a garage that big, I have trouble getting out the door let alone working on the car. I might take a picture after just to show everyone how bad it is, and how horrible an uninsulated garage is when its -20 outside. And im jelious of your tanning bed raited lights. Ive got some old ass bulbs that give off like a brownish yellow light, its pretty depressing to look at haha.

Thank you mobil one for rust proofing my driveway.

We have all been there! Its very hard to get out and work in a garage like that. My parents wasnt to much different. Start off with a kerosene turbo heater so you can warm up just enough to work in and buy a couple halogen lights to hang on the wall. That should make it a little easier for you.

Nice, Can't really have too much light, unless you are sunburning yourself lol.

I am actually going to do some myself soon, havent looked into it any yet though. Do you just run the standard 110v copper wire as you do for outlets?

2 sets of injectors is better than 1 =)

Actually its 120v. transformers create 120/240v not 110/220. Your asking if you rn the same wire for lighting that you would use for outlets? Depends on your amperage demands, size of conduit and city codes and evne the length of wire run. My standard outlets are wired for 30amp draw and I used the same wire for the lighting for expansion possabilities. the 50amp outlet for the plasma cutter is wired with 12 ga wire however that run is in its own deadicated conduit that is only 16 inches long. My garage is wired pretty heavy for the welders and 240v air compressors.

Good stuff, but don't halfbutt clean the floor prior to application. I dont care if it takes you all day to clean the floor get that thing stripped and chemical free as possible prior to laying that epoxy if you want it to last a long time.

I was thinking of doing the floor this spring when I can leave the 2gnt outside. Someone at work said you need to leave shit off the floor for about a week. He put a car on it 4 or 5 days later and it left permanent tire marks on it.

Is this the "smooth stuff" or the "grit stuff"? I'm interested in how well the smooth stuff lasts under the constant load of engine drops and parts scraping. You've had it in for a little while, any input on longevity under the "normal" stress and strain of a mechanics garage?

I just bought some of the grey gritted texture to put down on the floor. My dad has had in it his for about 3 years now and his is still in awesome ass condition. It ran me $135 for 2 gallons, and is made by a company called DuraGuard.
