First of all, 92 Explorer, when turned on, everything, lights, radio, work. Try to start, just clicks, thinking starter.
More important, mid 90's Altima, automatic, just got out of the shop for the 3rd time for this. It runs fine for awhile, then when you shut it off, then go to drive it again and it starts studdering/hesitating really bad. It also won't go above 2200 rpms. It'll run alright if you accelerate real slow to about 1500 rpms, past that it starts bucking. Anything more than slow acceleration it'll buck up to 2000 rpms and won't go past that. If you go WOT it'll buck all the way up to 2200 rpms and jump around but won't go past that.
I searched for this on here and Altima forums, but didn't find anything quite like this. I'm coming up with possible distributer(although that may have been replaced), TPS, or possibly a severly clogged exhaust. I know the shop retimed it, so it may have been running rich for a long time causing the clog. There are no CEL's. I haven't looked at the car yet, but some suggestions or if anybody else has had this problem would be very helpful.
