Guy in the Supra should've switched lanes instead of locking up his brakes, or at least went off the shoulder. I know that would be my reaction to that, he had time to see what was going on, unless he wasn't paying attention then it would serve him right. Still a pretty bad wreck though.

yup. all states require you to pull over and stop if an emergency vehical is near. i feel bad for that car/driver and passengers though.

Yeah that hind sight thing feels pretty good when you're watching a video from behind a monitor. From the time the Altima crossed the double yellows and the impact just a hair less than two seconds of time passed. That's 2 seconds to realize the situation, process the situation AND pick a course of action. 2 seconds. Unless you're Michael Schumacher with precognitive powers I don't think you have any room to talk.
