I've tried this, but it doesn't really merge well.

I've tried a layer mask and it doesn't blend so great.



What I'm trying to do:

I'm making a poster for class, and I'm trying to blend this picture in making the picture of Mario pop out of the screen (before I take it to Kinko's to blow it up and print).

It needs to be on a 11x14 inch frame, therefore making the size when doubled...22 x 28.

These are the two pictures:

^Put the g together, it's a big photo.


This is what I came up, although crappy (attached).

I was thinking the same thing...maybe a DS would be more acurate...but who am I to question. The costumer is always right. LOL

The image is gonna be blown up with a timeline and information about the GB, yada yada.
