Well I have owned my 2gnt for 6 years and the engine is finally starting to go on me. I was thinking about just throwing in another engine but the body is already started to rust in certain areas (New England winters) and it does have a few problems besides just the engine. So I am thinking it is time to buy a new car. I get my degree in mechanical engineering in May, but then I need to start paying back my massive student loans. So the question I have to you guys is what new (not older than 2006) car starting around 20k would be your pick to buy and tinker with? I was thinking about a solstice for a while, but after equipping it the way I want it, it will already be near $30k. Doesn't leave much room in the budget for any mods.
