bleh I used to own a gt same body style red with a black top, but with saleen wheels and a cobra r front. Ran 100 times better than my eclipse and I only had to replace some rear end bearings from track abuse. I've had to replace lots of stuff on my eclipse =p, but I still love my eclipse.

Nice pickup, I considered one when I was deciding what to look at. I figured it wouldn't be useful in the winter though so obviously I ended up with the more 'practical' vehicle. emoji

I like them though, their kinda a sleeper because they're pretty plain looking. I remember going up a hill on a highway and my egt's were climbing so I went WOT to lower them passing a car that was in the next lane over at the time. A few seconds after I let off the car flys by me. I think 'man that grand am is moving' Then I realized it was a GTO I felt dumb especially since the guy probably thought I was trying to race him or something. I swear I was just lowering my EGT's not just acting like some dumb ricer in a honda.

Haha, I'm saving up for the $5,000 kit right now.

Yeah it surprised me with the top end. It's no forced induction, but its right up there.
