Are you the first owner of the car? If not there could have been two alarms installed and the parts weren't removed after the other installation.

I just bought the car a few days ago, the alarm was anoying because the remot was half dead and wouldnt often work so i cut the wires to the speaker. after that the car wouldnt start lol, so i joined the wires back and the alarm works again, but the car wont start anymore. So im now guessing it doesnt have anything to do with the alarm.

The factory door locks on my car failed after a while, making the stock key fob (remote) useless. I added after market actuators and an after market alarm.

it probably has a kill switch relay installed. trace some of the wires, should lead to a relay. either remove the alarm and splice the starter wire under the colum (or wherever the cut it) together or check for a blown fuse on the alarm.
