Moved to Dallas from Florida about 5-6 months ago and was wondering who all lives out here. I know Kaptain Mike lives in Houston. Anyone else?

I go to school at UTA, and currently live in Arlington.

But this summer, I'm moving back in with my parents (near Waco). :\

My grandparents live in Pharr, closeby there.

I lived in Houston for about a year to attend college. Dino lives there also.

Holy fuck Dave, I thought you were dead. Those of you who don't know, Dave joined around the same time as I 8 years ago. We were both here when turbocharging was unheard of and intakes, not cai, just regular intakes and exhaust was all we could talk about. We both went through the Scam of 2001 when Wyatt started selling Star turbo kits, but started disappearing after he got enough customers and then Shaun aka LBCgear was coming to the rescue in '02, but he was too busy with his own car that he couldn't deliver. HRC came came around a few months later. Then we had the Dino breakdown somewhere between there when his piston cracked a couple months after being one of the first to turbocharge. There were only a handful of us back in 02 who turboed. DaveFL, myself, Mario aka ThunderRS, Tim with the yellow clipse who made it onto Importtuner (he was pushing good dyno numbers with stock rods), Wyatt, of course Dino, Shaun aka LBCgear, there was another dude from NJ but I think it was HiOnPSI. You know you're old school when you can only count on one hand guys who were the first to turbo on this board. Anyone else remember the "Supercharger Copout of 2000"? When Kory tricked everyone into believing that supercharging our cars was easy, cheaper and more reliable than turbocharging. He had pictures of a chromed out 420a engine bay. WOW. The days.

I was actually thinking about stopping by Texas at some point this month. I have a week vacation that I am burning the 26th to the 2nd. I need to find something to do besides hanging out in Florida for a couple days.

15psi all day long and daily driven when I had my car. I miss those days. I should buy that car back. There was nothing I couldn't fix on that car and it was hardly down. Big thanks to Dino when I did the rebuild. I was flying blind back then.

I certainly agree. Rock the new G-ride when you want to floss. Sport the bike when you want to go fast. And mod the 2GNT when you want to mess around with cars. It's having your cake and eating it too, V.

And you certainly deserve it.

So, so tempting guys. I have a 4 door accord and another car would just take up too much space.

sounds so fun and tempting doesn't it Thom? Damn I haven't you seen you around, but then again I wasn't around either. Wow, veteran members coming out of the woodworks.

It just means you need a bigger garage. The words "I have a 4 door accord and another car would just take up too much space" should never be given as an excuse.

I had that problem, so I bought a house with a bigger garage. I fit my cougar, a mini dirt-bike, 2 street bikes, and numerous other things in there now, along with the yukon and mustang out front.

Within 6 months, I'm going to have a third sitting out front.

I'm actually in dallas by myself this week. It fucking blows without anyone with me. I should rent a car and just drive around the city or something.
