Lol, I don't know if anyone can help me this, but I can't tell if this is subjective, or if there's an actual real answer to it. If it was me, I'd want to pay it off all at once, but is there a definitive real answer?

Thanks in advance.

I am confused by the question. Is the information in the table the different loan options?

The answer to "what is your ideal term" is subjective, but this looks like more of an exercise in excel function than anything.

Yeah, the table is with different loan options. I just envision it like I'm buying a car.

year 12:~89.13% of total loan in interest

09:~63.99%
07:~48.29%
05:~33.47%

at what point does the convinience of a long term payment plan outweight itself in cost?
