I just got back from my extended stay in Atlanta. I'm now a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, +Security, in Windows 2003. Overall, it was 8 exams and took me 16 days to finish it all. Most of the stuff I deal with daily, so it wasn't too bad.
Really doesn't mean much, except that my job should pay me more because I have a little thing that says I know what I'm doing. And if they don't want to pay, on to bigger and better things.
Now I have 5 acronyms/certifications behind my name, but the MCSE over-shadows 2 (MCP in Windows 2000, and MCSA in Windows 2003).
Just thought I'd share.

congrats man, but in the end, you get the real good jobs with a bachelors, i got my A+ N+ and MCSE, and at least here in cali, the IT field is fuckin dead, and the people getting the high payed jobs are the people with degrees, reason why im going back to school

Yeah, I was actually planning on finishing the bachelors first (2 classes a semester after work sucks!), but since my work offered to pay to get the MCSE
