You know, I saw the same exact thing on a Caprice when I went to the movies yesterday, I almost had to stop I was so stunned. My girlfriend asked why someone would do such a thing, she wanted to know if it was for offroading, lol! I told her, "no honey, some people are so consumed by making there car appear better by putting big rims on their cars that they don't take into account the little things, like clearance and what not." Waste of money IMO, those people ought to be in a higher tax bracket for the simple fact that if they've got enough money to throw away on that shit, they can afford to spend a little extra on things like gov't works programs and the education budget.
