When I got home from camping this weekend I noticed that the truck was sitting a little crooked. It was parked in the street when I left. Good thing I drove the Talon instead.
The neighbors tracked the kid down and filed the police report before that night. The car that rammed it was around the block. The leaf spring and the drive shaft are broken on the truck.

Dirty bastards. Liars and thieves are the two types of people I hate most. Basically who ever hit your car did both. Roundhouse kick them in the face when you see them.

a 14 yr old kid stole the lexus and nailed the truck. You cant push it that far into the yard on accident. The neighbors heard some kids yelling obseneties at the house before it happened. The kid returned the car to the owners and said sorry. Next he ran to a nearby restaurant and called his mom to pick him up. I guess the police went and talked to him. Not sure yet. Waiting on them to give me a report.

DAMN man, they must have been going fast to hit you that far into the yard, that isn't exactly a light truck by any means. I hope the kid won't get his license for a lot later and face a lot of charges. Stupid kids these days, don't have a grasp of common sense when they do shit like this.

If I ever found that kid, there is no telling what I would do to him, and I am serious when I say that.
This somewhat reminds me of a story I saw on judge judy or some show like that. This 14 year old punk kid stabbed a hole through the gas tank of a jeep and lit it on fire. The jeep belonged to a newlywed couple who had a newborn and it was there only means of transportation. The insurance company fucked them over and wouldnt pay for any of the damages so the only person left to pay was the mother of the 14 year old.
Moral of the story, the people who own that Lexus are the ones who are going to suffer the most because parents do not know how to raise there kids anymore and teach them to respect everyone else's property.
Good luck with getting that fixed, these things suck trust me. My talon has been hit 9 times in 5 years and only one of those times was my fault. When I did back into a car in April I had the chance of leaving the scene but I just couldn't do it because I knew it would come back ten fold on me.
