I doubt the srt division would release such a poor photoshopped picture of the concept and try to pass it off as "the srt" version.

I love the 2-door hard tops. That's sweet imo. I may have to start saving, too. It'd be nice to have a 69 cougar in the garage next to a XX challenger. They're similar in shape, too.

I'm 99% sure that the SRT team made the concept, so theres a good chance there won't be a SRT version if it is released because it would allready be a "SRT" car like the Viper.

*Edit*

Here are some crappy pictures I took of it at the auto show.

Holy crap the dawgs a mod???

Anyway, it looks TOO similar to the old car. What's the use of buying the new one then?

New Car:
2004 350z base, Nismo CAI, pioneer avic-n1 (dvd, cd, navi)

Old Car:
1998 GS with hrc stage 2, HID 6000k conversion kit, AEM UEGO wideband, sfmu, ml, prokits, Greddy warning gauges: egt, boost gauge, and oil pressure, apexi tt, haydans tranny cooler, costum dp, groundwires, dynotune fp gauge. gst muff, turbo spoiler
Boostin since Aug 03.

nothing like driving with the windows down and the music low: i love hearing the turbo spool, swwwhhhttt!!!!

You don't have to spend $10,000 to restore an old one, better performance, better gas mileage, newer technology, nice interior, safer, lighter, better materials, easier to find, etc.

In fact I think they should completely remake all the old classics just like they used to look except with better materials. I am not about to purchase and daily drive a 1970 Charger, but if Dodge made a new version that looked identical to the old one with new materials and updated technology I would be all over it. I am really digging this Challenger.
