Someone paid $33.00 for it? Shit, I should make up a "lightweight CB hood" from some old boxes at work. Hell, I'd even cut some vents in it for no charge or add a duct tape scoop for a couple extra bucks!

LOL I'm from Waterloo, Iowa. It makes me ashamed to be born in that town but from personal experiece there is absolutly nothing to do there so I guess it doesn't really surprise me. It's probably some University Of Northern Iowa college student.
