I just bought H&R springs from tirerack. They are the sports with a 1.7 drop. Who has these sturts? Can you tell me how they perform? Any info about these springs? What struts are best intangible with the H&R.

They cost me $210 shipped from tirerack if anyone else is interested.

H&R springs are a very stiff spring... I have the race springs and sometimes it feels like I have no suspension lol. Butwhen you take your first corner at over twice the speed you were able to before then you'll know why you got them. What kind of struts did you get?? That might help if you want people to rate them for you.

I have the H&R sports here, runnig on stock struts for now. I'd say the ride is really good, not bouncy, but you do feel every dip and bump in the road, but the car responds nicely, and goes down and comes back up without bounce. The springs are def stiffer than stock, but at first when they were installed, it felt pretty close to stock ride, but after the springs settled, the ride stiffend up noticably. IMO, i still want a little stiffer ride, adjustable struts is next on my list, that should take care of it for me. I still notice some body roll in fast corners, but i have no rear anti-sway bar, so that doesn't help me there. Over all, i'm very pleased with these springs. Some might say the ride is too stiff, but you will never get the stock ride after the install. Yep, i want a stiffer ride, but thats mostly because i'm still on the stock struts, that makes a big difference in ride feel and quality..

In about 15 min I'm going to pick my car up from the alignment shop and I'll tell you how well H&R sports and Illuminas ride. I can tell you one thing. My car sits low now. I reached for the door handle and I had to acctually look for it. The car looks awesome now.
