Does anyone know if the Eclipse GS-T front sway bars will fit a 98 GS?

You can swap sway bars as long as you have the bushings for thatbar from the GST. All the brackets are the same, but the bushings are different due to the bars diameters.

Yep as long as you got the right sized bushings, get energy suspension one from RRE. The front TSi sway bar is 19mm. All that thing did for me is give me more understeer emoji
