Alright, right now I've got what I believe to be H&R Sport springs and Tokico Blues (sure about the blues, bought them new) on my car, they aren't very stiff though, basically like stock, and this leads me to believe that they might be H&R OE Sport springs (15% increase in stiffness as apposed to 25%+ with the regular Sports). Anyway I've searched the Eibach and H&R sites and neither mention the spring rate of either set of springs. Anyone know the spring rate for:
Eibach PROKITS? H&R OE Sports? H&R Sports?
Or if you can tell me which are stiffer that would be awesome, I don't want a plush luxury car like ride and I wouldn't mind riding a little lower.

Most companies won't say the spring rate straight out, but if you look at the part numbers on the spring, you "might" be able to tell. They only advertise spring rates on coilovers because some companies let you pick the rates. I would imagine both are under 300 ft-lbs.
