i apologize if this question has already been asked, but this is my first post. n-e-way, i need to know what the best springs and shocks are and if i need shocks, or if i can use the stock shocks. thanx

This is pretty much up to you, do you want coilovers (ability to raise and lower your car) or just like a 1.5" drop. Stay away from brands like APC. Good coilovers are maxspeed or ground control, good springs are sportlines. And your stock shocks may be ok for a while but I would get new koni's or something

btw I have maxspeed coilovers/koni yellow shocks and I love it, but be aware your ride quality will be stiffer than stock by quite a bit. I really like the stiff ride though.
