I got ripped off then. I just picked up my car and they charged me $220 I asked them ahead of time how much it would be and they said not much. Well 220 is alot to me. I guess that's what I get for being too lazy to do it myself.

Dayum, I hope 220 includes an alignment aswell as the installation of the springs

there is a plethora of info about this install and others all over the net. vfaq.com, and corbin's site both have excellent writeups. all u need to do it is a socket set, open ended wrenches, a breaker bar, and them spring compressors.
fak payin sumone else to do it....

when i first got my car i paid $400 for progress springs installed. i was so afraid to try and do it myself...back in 10th grade a suspension was the shit...the one guy at my school who did it everyone thought was the man...now that i think back on it, i feel retarded for not doing it myself...makes me feel like a child...do it yourself, youre gonna need to adjust or reinstall something different at least once with your car so do it now so youll know how to later. its so easy in comparison to a turbo install or a custom stereo install.

I'd say if you don't have the necessary tools,or work space, and you just plain aren't that good with tools, then have someone do it for you. No more than 100 bucks. It really looks very simple from the write ups i have seen, and will actully be able to tell you tomorrow night when i put in my new H&R springs New pics of the new wheels and lowering gonna be up hopefully thursday night fellas!
