I need to know how far from the ground ur headlights are. Just interested whether the height would still be considered legal here in Cali. And what do u need to do after the installation of the springs? Buy camber kit/adjust camber, then alignment, in that order or the other way around? And how long could I drive without getting an alignment/camber before I really see extreme wear on the tires? Thanks for the info...

p.s. Oh yeah, my size wheels are below...

Im showing exactly 20 inches from the bottom of my headlight housing to the ground on my sportlines. As for camber correction I bought only a rear kit which consisted of 6 metal plates (3 for each side) cant remember exactly how thick each is, but after 11,223 miles driving on this setup my inner tread wear is ok, if I put a penny upside down in the inner tread groove I can reach to the top of Abe Lincolns ear.

Thanks for the reply. What was the legal height though? Was it 20 or 22 inches? Not really sure. And what size are ur rims? I'm guessing with the 18s, I have to do both front and rear. I'd prefer not too, but if I'm gonna be blowing tires left and right, might as well get it.

The legal height for the headlights is 22 inches in California. I'll never forget such a stupid rule. I've been caught for it twice, they measured 21 1/2 inches. I'm not sure where they measure from though; I've heard it's from the middle of the headlamp, where the bulb is.

22 inches huh? I'm screwed then. Hey Release, where u at? I'm hoping maybe the popos around here aren't that uptight about the rules. There's a Stratus here in my apartment complex that's pretty much riding on its wheels already. And its sucks why cops actually pull u over for that shit when then could put more effort into catching the real crooks. O well, hope I could get away with it. How much was the fix-it? Hey, if ur in SoCal, u should join us at meets. Alrighty, Latez...
