#7459, "it's break time...suggestions anyone?"

my breaks are dying again and i know i need new rotors from last time. i want to get some nice xdrilled/slotted ones, the brembo or powerstops maybe...i need them the stock size b/c i am on my 14's still. i MIGHT be getting the stock 16" gst wheels thou, if so do the gst's have bigger stock rotors that i could get now instead? if not i'll just get them now and tuck them into my 14"s...anyone have any websites for break rotors? i checked the archives and there wasn't much on where to get them. i was thinking of doing the rearbreak conversion but not now, i just need to get the front ones fixed, and VERY soon too. i called summit and they said that the powerstop rotors only go thru the '97 model year, i have a '98. anyone? will they fit? a 2g is a 2g rite? tia

email fastparts@advancedracingdynamics.com , ask about thier slotted and crossdrilled rotors for the 2GNT, or ask about thier slotted and dimpled rotors.. Tell them Dino send you.

2g is a 2g. . .period. The only car that had different front brakes was the AWD 2g's. They had larger 2 piston calipers and larger discs. The AWD brakes will not fit with 14's though, you have to have 16's.
