Yes it's that time a year again when I have to buy my anual set of tires. But this time I am looking to all of you for help with my decision. I am tired of fuckin putting a new set of tires every 30,000 miles so I need something that will last pretty long. No wonder I don't have boost I have to spend all my money on tires.

Here is the setup I got on my car right now: Falken ZE 502's 205/50 R16. I have Skunk2 coilovers set all the way down with Ingall's extreme camber kits on all 4 corners. I rotate the tires regulary and whenever I rotate I take it to the shop to get the fucker alligned and my camber and everything is set perfect. I need a tire that will last pretty long. I am lookin for the same size 205/50 R16 but it doesn't matter what brand.

Or is 30,000 miles all you can really get out of these soft performance tires?

Thanks everyone.

30k is really good. My tires never last over 20k. That was with stock goodyear eagle rs-a's, and then Dunlop SP8000's. Now I have Kuhmo Ecsta Supra 712's, and I like them. If you want it to last longer, get the V speed rating instead of Z. Z is softer and more performance oriented, so it wears out faster. Actually, if you just want the tires to last, get some H rated tires. The Kuhmos are great for the price. I paid 370 for all four mounted and balanced Z speed.
