It goes to the rear of the car. It connects the lower control arms together.

do you guys think that combo is a good deal? do you think...if i got one (they sell the same set all the time on ebay) that i would notice any major differences in the handling of my car?

Yes, you will notice a difference. I noticed a difference with just the upper front bar.
Not a bad deal for all 3 either....
