When I drop my car 2-3" Im gonna have to do the camber mod right? Well I was wonderin if I went ahead and did the camber mod wit my 16" wheels now, will I have to adjust the camber again when I get 18" wheels?

Well changing to larger rims can have your camber worse, so you might need to adjust it more. For example, the same springs on a 16" wheel will have less negative camber than on an 18" wheel. I think it may also have to do with the thinner sidewalls and wider tread of the larger tires.
I would just drop it, don't worry about camber with the 16's, and do it when you get the 18's. Just get an alignment after you get the springs on.

I dont see how camber can change with different size rims. The reason it would be more noticable maybe is because the small tires are weaker and makes it appear as if the its sitting straighter. I dont see why it would matter.

Well I think that maybe the distance between the ground and the center of the hub still changes when you change rim size (even though technically you want to do an exact upgrade so overall size is same). I dunno, but quite a few ppl complain about camber problems after switching to bigger rims. It just seems that the bigger tires get worn away quicker due to camber problems, which may be due to the wider tread or something else?

rim sizes won't change your camber. altering ride heigt is what changes camber. you could put 22's on there and they'll be flat as long as the camber is correct to begin with. if you drop 2 inches you'll need camber mod. if you do the 15 dollar camber mod now than you'll need to get realligned. so do the drop and the camber mod at the same time.
