well how do ya?? As far as suspension mods go, all I have are the progress race springs and the rims and tires. I know I need some shocks and I plan to get them from coximport.com since they sponsor my club. But what else do i need?

might want to try some swaybars too. all you need to get rid of roll is stiffer then stock springs, better shocks help, and the swaybars. some say strut tower braces help, but i dont see how. they do however help over all suspension reaction time. and while your at it may as well get some polyurethane bushings. give a better feel for the road. you wont get rid of all the body roll, nor do you want to, i.e. weight transfer.

well i know i cant get rid of all of it, but I would like to reduce it some more. I guess ill go ahead and get some new shocks and go from there (i think one of my front shocks are blown). The nuespeed strut tower bar should be here in about a month or so as well.

Go with the adjustable shocks. I feel it's the best way to go. I can set mine on 1 for long trips and the ride is as good as stock. Then set them to 5 for those days i want to test the limits on the curves. As far as swaybars, that should be your next step after shocks if your goal is to eliminate some body roll......Good Luck!

Yeah if you wanna get rid of body roll stiffer shox and sway bars will help. I got AGXs and Skunk2s with TSi swaybars and my car has very little roll when I watch it autox. Strut tower bars won't get ride of body roll all it does is decrease chassis stiffness.

i tend to disagree with you i think. the strut bars should INCREASE your chassis stiffness. i just got the front and back carbon fiber strut bars from pilot motorsports (ebay i love it) and i even felt it moving it from my driveway to the parking spot on my street.
