What Springs to get? i have 16 inch rims and a lot of wheel gap... i was thinking like 1.5 to 2.0 inch drop. PLEASE HELP!

It depends on it you have snow and bad weather where you live. But 2 inches would be fine. You might want to look into getting new shocks too. I dont know how much your car has been driven or how many miles but if you get new springs theres a chance you might blow your old shocks. You would have to spend a bit more, but it would be worth it in the long run.

i wouldnt drop a car more than 1.5in if you plan on doing autocross or anything like that. Lowering a car more than that can alter the suspensions geometry too much and negatively affect the handling of the vehicle. Im dropped 1.5in with Progress springs and the ride is great, a little stiff over some things, but otherwise great. I do need to get shocks later on down the road though. But the stock shocks are handling it well

I recently ordered my new suspension and went with a 2 inch drop. I live in Colorado so sometimes we get some snow. This is what my car guy suggested, said that if you replace the shocks at the same time it shouldnt be too bad. I'm gonna post after I get it all setup, with a new pic and all, see what you guys think. But 1.5 inch seems to be the popular way to go.

Will 1.5 get rid of my wheel gap?

A 4" drop wont get rid of it. Our cars are almost impossible to get tire tuck. I have a 2" drop and its plenty. And it looks tite.

if i had to choose springs.. i'd go with pro-kits... everyone seems to love them.. and then give about a 1.5" drop (after it settles).

and i sure know about wheel gap. =T

I get a tight 3 fingers between the tire and fender with the Tokico 1.5 springs.

I have a 1.5" drop, you really cant see how much the drop is at this angle, but I can barely fit my hand above the rear tires. W/ 2 inches you should be fine, but I know people who have sportlines, which drop the car about 2in, say they ride like crap.

u can NEVER go too low, duuuggg.

1.5" is fine, thats what I have. I would drop it more but I dont feel like bottoming out all the time especially if I put on Blitz kit or any other kit which will drop car another 2" or so. I have seen a GST w/ 19" rims and droped 2-2.5 and thats pretty much the only way to get rid of the gap but it aint worth it.
