I need to know if anyone has put either one of these on there cars. I put them on my car and now I am about 1 1/2 inches higher than stock highest. I have them ajusted all the way down and it is still that high. If I turn them up I look like a 4wd xcountry rally car. Can someone help me? The shocks are the same size and the coilovers are about 5 to 6 inches shorter than the stock springs. I am really confused. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Yea, it's pretty damn hard to grind those perches off. Instead of grinding them off, I hacksawed my front perches off and it was a little easier... only took like 20 min per shock.

A perch is the metal flange that's welded onto the shock. The springs sit on the perch so that they don't fall off. In the case with coilovers, the perches must be removed so that the coilover sleeve fits over the shock.
