#6021, "Would the tires fit?"

I just bought Konig Toxxin rims - their 17x7.5 . Im looking for some tires to put on them, and one of my friends wants to sell me brand new stock GSX tires (for a very cheap price)- 215/50 R17. Question is, would these fit on those rims? Thanks.

Thats the exact setup I am running right now, rims size and tire size. But to get better speedo readings use 225/45/17. But if its a deal then fack it!

can't lower on sportlines with those! Might rub. If u are not lowering, then sure, get them. Your speedometer will read slower.

Depends on the stock size of your rims. I had the stock 14's, so with having a 215/50/17 tire my speedo is 2.9% slower. So when my speedo reads 60mph I am actually going 61.7.

Well my car came with the stock 16s on 225/55/R16. So would it be horribly off like by 10mph or just like a bit, say like 2 or 3 mph?

With that size stock rim you would be(if going with 215/50/17) 0.4% too slow. So when your speedo reads 60mph, your actually going 60.3 So its not too bad. Go for it. How much are you getting them for anyways?
