Anybody know who makes springs for a Spyder. I know their spring rates are slightly different as the Spyders are heaver than the coupes. Looking for roughly this height. Any info will be appreciated.

Actually most vendors just use the exact same springs for the spyder. I guess you could use GSX springs since they are heavier? Are the shocks the same? I think so right?

I doubt a GSX set-up would work for the Spyder because the AWD suspension is slightly different. At least as far as I know Pretty sure.
Interesting question though... but I don't think the weight would hurt the springs or struts any. We've been checking around for a new set-up for our Spyder and haven't run into any problems. Unless they list seperate springs or struts for a Spyder (or clearly say "not for Spyder), you can get just any FWD set-up.

My friend has a GS spyder. He got sprint springs. They make a spyder-specific application. I think it was a 2" drop tho. Maybe intrax too? I am not really sure if eibach makes a spyder kit. Sorry, I dunno much. I do know sprint makes a kit tho.

Ya, it crankwalked 11 days after we bought it. We brought it to Mitsubishi, they confirmed it and fixed it under warranty. I was very satisfied with them. They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks, but they called us after 8 days to pick it up. They also called us almost everyday to let us know what they are doing! Wish every Satan was like that
Since then we haven't had a problem with it.
We are going to get some H&R srings. We have the Race ones on the '95 but don't want to go quite that low with the Spyder so we are thinking about H&Rs sport springs. Struts won't be an issue for a while since it has relatively low mileage.
