front passenger balljoint busted today while i was driving. Luckily I was only going about 3 mph over a bump when it happened. Damn wheel fell right off.....had to get towed. We'll see if Mitsu pays for it, I never got a recall notice in the mail.....any idea on where i should go with this????

If you didn't get the recall done, then it should be replaced and repaired for free by Mitsubishi, as it is a safety defect and covered under a recall notice.

And then tell them that you were really shaken up and traumatized about having a wheel fall off. Then sue for negligence cause they never mailed you a recall notice. But, only sue for the price of a HRC stageII kit installed
