I don't know what i did, probably took a turn too sharp or hit a bump.. but now the front drivers side squeaks whenever i go over a bump or dip. Even when i just push down on that side of the car, it squeaks.

Did i mess up my spring or shocks or what?

If you have coilovers installed in your car, I am almost 100% that it's caused by the spring rubbing on the coilover sleeve. Make sure the spring is centered evenly all the way around the sleeve. I had that problem when I first installed my coilovers... my car squeaked like an old rusted piece of crap.
