I understand the instructions perfect for putting in my coilovers. But FIRST the upper mounting bracket's bolt wont come off. I give it 2 hours finally it budges. THEN all three strut tower bolts take a long time. And NOW the lower mounting bracket's bolt, the big 17mm one, WILL NOT BUDGE> I scarred my hand trying to push it out, ive used 83 gallons of wd40, ive hitt he ratchet with a hammer but it either does nothing or flies off. ARGH. Anyone with suggestions?

yeah, what he said. the suspension is a bitch to get apart.
go to home depot, or a diff store like it, and get steel piping that will go around your wrench to add length. then pull as far away from the nut as possible on the pipe thats on the wrench. by doin this you will increase the torque like crazy, and the nut should break.
maybe try rust eater or sumthin diff than wd40, or take a torch to it, but i dont recommend that

DO NOT PUT A TORCH TO IT...
You are too close to gas charged shocks to put a torch to it - when a gas or compressed fluid is heated up it expands - when it can not expand any further it blows a hole in the chamber it is contained in.
Get a breaker bar.
