i am planning on here sooner or later loweing my car approx. 1.5" ... i want to keep the ride of my car about the same as it is now with the stock suspension... i am looking for something that doesnt make the car bouncy because i have seen some eclipses going down the road bouncing around like crazy, but i figure those folks cut their springs... also, what are coilovers exactly?!? are they springs and shock combos?!? if you have any info that would be great... thanks in advance.

oh yeah, and if it helps, i dont really plan on racing or autocrossing my car, it is my daily driver...
