ok guys i just bought a 95 rs and the breaks are SUPER touchy and and no pressure like i just barely tap the pedal and they grab really hard but if u push more then like 2-3 inches it loves braking and goes to the floor kinda tricky and dangerous any ideas? and if u push hard theres a air leaking noise

Best guess is you have two problems.

Brakes could be touchy because the pads and or shoes are bad, contaminated or very wet.

The air leak you hear is probably the vacuum-assist power brake booster leaking air past the seals.

Assuming the master cylinder is not leaking fluid you should probably get the shoes, pads, rotors and drums in good shape first, then fix the booster. If the booster leaks you'll still have braking power you'll just have to push harder since the power assist would be less.
