I just ordered some 17"x7.5" wheels. I'v ebeen told that 215/45R-17 and 225/45R-17 with both work. For those of you running 17s what size tire are you using? Thanks.

some people prefer their sidewall to angle in slightly as it nears the tread. this probably give better handling but i like the more stock appearance of a sidewall that's vertical from the wheel lip to the shoulder of the tread. i have 17x7 rims and use 225/45's. for 7-1/2's i would definately go with the 225's.
