Okay, I searched and mostly got questions on they sway bar link. Well I am installing my front struts today and not having much luck like the rears. The sway link was impossible and ended up just cutting it off. My bottom fork bolt is where im having problems. I got the nut off but it wouldnt budge out of there at all. So I tried to turn it from the front side of the bolt and the head ended up snaping off. Now I just have a stuck bolt sitting in there. I've been spraying it with wd40 all morning, beating it with a sledge hammer, nothing. It wont budge. The fork itself seems to move on both ends so it seems like its suck in the bushing? I really have no idea where I should go from here on how to get it out, I don't really care if I ruin the bushing, I allready need a new sway bar link, new bolts, so why not a new bushing. Also, Is it possible just to undo the upper clamping bolt and just press the strut out of there and avoid removing the fork. Well I hope that made some sence and all my wording was correct. Any help would be great!

Okay, so I gave in and sawed off the ends of the bolts so I could take the fork off. Now I just have the bushing with a bolt stuck in it. How would I go about removing this bushing? Just shove a screw driver in the bottom and top and try to push/wiggle it out. I don't know how to do this.

Okay I did some more searching and it seems like I should NOT try to take the bushing out. It seems like I will need a press to get the new one in. So what should I do, the bolt is stuck in the stupid bushing and wont move. Am I wrong in assuming the bushing will be hard to get out/in. Please guys, I need some help I am completly stuck on this and it's driving me insane. We started to try to drill the bolt out but that could be bad because it is going to be impossible to get that straight and I assume that would be a bad idea to have a not straight bolt there. I know there has to be someone that knows how to get stuck bolts out of there. Thanks

Common issue. This is why you remove the bolt that holds the wishbone to the shock. Force the suspension down so you can squeeze the shock from the wishbone and remove the shock/spring assy.

That bolt is frozen. you can tryo to get aftermarket bushins and remove the old one or buy a new lateral arm. Same goes for the sway bar link, you have to buy a new one.

I already have the strut/spring assembly out, now it's just getting that bolt out and getting the new parts tomorrow. Would I be able to get the bushing out of there or is that going to be stuck to the arm. I can burn the rubber out but the end ring will probably be stuck in there so I was hoping to get the bolt out somehow to avoid trying to get another thing unstuck. Also for putting in a new stock one, would that require a press or does it just slide in with some force?
