Ok, the other night the ebrake on the gst froze in the engaged position. I was able to break it free and the wheel is free moving now. However, there is a little bit of contact between the pad and the rotor causing a little bit of resistance. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

a little bit of contact is normal. just a little though.
I dont think Ive ever heard a caliper setup that isnt dragging jsut a little

I was thinking the same thing...but I just don't like the fact that I can hear that little bit of rubbing when I try and spin the wheel

Ok, I checked all the wheels and they all had a slight amount of friction between the pads and the rotors. Can anybody else confirm that this is ok?

I'm fairly sure a little drag is normal for any disc brake. About the e-brake sticking, you should remove your wheel and rotor to inspect the drum assembly inside, you might have a loose brake shoe or something. Good luck.
