Been searching but haven't seen anything on removing the rear crossmember. I have a Haynes manual, but it doesn't have anything at all on how to remove it.

Is it just the two bolts on each side, or do you have to remove anything else? I am installing a Megan Racing 3" cat back and it goes over the crossmember, but there is not enough room between the crossmember and the body to put the pipe through.

Well, guess no one knows, so I will put down how I did it for people in the future.

To start off with, the car is sitting on jack stands in the back and ramps in the front.

First I removed the bottom bolt for the rear shocks.
Then placed a floor jack in the center of the crossmember.
Removed 4 17mm nuts, (2 on each side), with a spray of PB blaster and a breaker bar.
Lowered the jack enough for the clearance between the crossmember and body for the exhaust.
After running the pipe through, lift the jack back up and then install the four nuts.

It's actually pretty easy and should only take 20-30 minutes as long as you have the right stuff.

You dont have to remove all 4 nuts for that. You made more work for yourself.

Actually I had to. At first I removed 2 and loosened the other two to the end, but it did not give me enough room.
