disconnect the negative battery terminal, take out the glovebox, look up and remove the bolts that hold the bag in and it pops right out after you unplug the red harness

if you want the cover then go buy a blown bag at a scrap yard, when they blow it dont hurt the cover. then you wont have to tear apart yours.
