#28099, "Suspension Install Question"

What's up guys. I'm picked up some GSX 17" rims for cheap to replace my 14" stock GS rims. I'm gonna put the rims on tomorrow and while i'm at it i'm gonna install some eibach pro kits with tokico shocks. I did a search and found a whole write-up on the vfaq.com that's pretty clear except for one part. It tells you that once you install your spring/shock setup to only hand tighten the bolts on the lower mount and put your wheel back on and lower the car so that all of the car's weight is placed on the springs. Then, it tells you to tighten the lower mount bolts and the 3 nuts on the upper mount. My question is how can you tighten the lower mount bolts if the car tire is on and the car isn't raised?? emoji

You can tighten the lower mount without weight on it, but make sure to tighten the top bolts with the car back on the ground.

She's been sold emoji My best friend bought her though, so she's still in good hands.
