all my ball joints are shot was just wontering if urethane bushings could be a temp fix and help with the effects of bad ball joints?thanks

Sure, your suspension will go "boing" right up until when it falls apart.

The only fix, short term or otherwise, for bad ball joints, is to replace the bad ball joints, or, in our case, the arms.

If anything, I would have think the harder urethane bushings might help to kill your ball joints off even quicker, since the rubber bushings won't be absorbing some of the stresses anymore.
