Ok, So heres the deal. I get my car inspected this May, and I am praying that everything is fine and I pass so I can continue to mod and not have to fix shit. When I received my rims I saw these sticky things inside the rim I was like what the hell is this coming up, So i took it off of two of the rims. Little did I know at the time these were for balancing. So becuase I am a stunod my car is not properly aligned at high speeds. Now my question is can you fail inspection if the speed balancing is off on the car?

No you wont fail inspection, BUT while its in the shop for the inspection have them rebalance your rims. its cheap and you need to have them balanced or you will vibrate at high speeds.

Yea I do vibrate badly when I am going 60 and greater. I'm holding out though on getting the car aligned because I am planning to buy my new suspension soon and lower it. So I don't see the sense in paying money now when in a few weeks I will have to get it re-balanced and aligned.

Wheel balancing and alignment are not the same thing. Get the wheels balanced now, and get it aligned later. You won't be duplicating efforts, and you won't be getting a free hand massage with every trip in the DSM.
