I just started to take off my strut, and got all the bolts off accept the sway bar link. Where am I suppose to unloosen it?? I am using the sample strut install by Corbin, but I cant figure out how he got the sway bar link bolt off. Do I unloosen it from the front like when I'm looking straight into the wheelwell, or do I loosen it from behind. When looking at it straight forward, I did get the nut loose but the bolt is turning along with it and I'm wondering if something has to be loosened first behind the link. Please Please any help, I really need it!!!! THanks a lot, Cory

on the back side of the end link is another 14mm bolt head. get two wrenches and remove as normal. look on the back side of the bolt your trying to get off, you'll see what i'm talking about...chris

I looked on the back of the bolt I'm trying to get off, but its just round. Is that like a cap or something that I have to take off because there isnt a bolt visible right now. Thanks, for your first input though, at least now I know I didnt strip it out.

take a look at the stud, at the tip of it there may be a hole for an allen wrench to fit into. mine were like that, and they didnt have the bolt on the backside. i ended up just cutting them off and replacing them, but you should be able to get them off without too much of a problem.
