I have the strut install from the mods section, but is there any other useful information that anyone has to help me put my sprint springs on my factory struts. They are spring lowering springs and are rated at a 2 inch drop. Any tips or pointers or special tools that would be helpful would be GREATLY appreciated. Could I swap the springs myself or would I have to go and rent a spring compressor? Also, where is a good place to get cheaply priced camber kits. I didnt expect having to get one, but now i know that i'll need one. Thanks, Cory

Corbin has a real easy setp-by-step instruction page. Just follow the one in the mods section and it will be easy.

When removing the stock springs there will be a lot of pressure so when the nut holding the springs down is about to turn off be sure to keep it pointed at the ground.

Sprint springs are probably low enough to where you can put them on the strut and won't even need to compress them down to get it reassemled.

The write-up is real good. You don't need anything special at all. Some places rent out compressors for free so if you feel more comfortable with that then go ahead. Generally the only time you want a compressor is if you are putting stock springs back ON.

Let's see: 14mm, 17mm, breaker bar since the bolts will be a little rusted, 2 car stands, a jack, 12mm wrench (sway bar bolt I think?), vice grips for when you are removing the nut from the strut, and I think that's it.

No compressor when removing stock springs = exploding car parts of death IMO

Well when we did it on my buddy's work bench it put the nut through the dry wall and the spring broke a bunch of shelves. I'll never do it again for damn sure.
