i have an upper front strut bar currently on my car... i was contemplating buying the upper rear strut bar from a 2gnt member to help improve what the front one gave me, plus i think it will look pretty cool... However, the snow season has already started and here in Colorado we can get pretty shitty road conditions...
will this make my car handle better or worse in the snow/ice or will it not make a whole lot of difference?

ditto...the biggest thing that will effect handling in snow is tires, and most likely camber if you are lowered since it makes the road contact patch a bit smaller.

it will not hurt to get the rear bar. but the biggest difference I felt was the LOWER rear bar. Get them both and you'll be able to tell a difference. but ^^^, I don't think tower bars going to make you drive better on snow though...
