my front driver's side fender is making contact my tire when I make sharp corners, I was wondering if this was my struts or what?

Tim, my name is Kyle. Thank you for your reply. A most mechanically UN-inclined friend registered me to this site and is responsible for the posts prior to tonight. I apologize to all...

I'd certainly welcome any advice or opinions on strut selection.
Please post publicly though so that others may benefit.

I drive 35 miles to and from, each day, through some of the best mountain twisties you've ever seen.
I just got the car, so I'm not in tune with it yet. I am lowered via Eibach's with OEM brakes and struts, 17" aftermarket rims with a new set of (pathetic) Continental Z-rated rubber.

Handling is marginal...

What other criteria would help in selecting the right goods?

What are your recommendations?

Being lowered 2" on stock struts will wear them quickly not to mention the fact that your already bottoming them out 2" cause of the drop.

New Tokico's or KYB AGX struts are def. in order and you can use your current springs.

Handling will be sooooo much better. You'll enjoy the twistied more guaranteed. Get some stut bars too.

I've heard great things about Illuminas and Koni yellows.. if you got the cash for them, definitley some good struts.

Don't work for the system, Let the system work for you.

If your gonna buy koni's or illuminas, I suggest looking on Ebay...there are usually good deals. Illuminas for 360 and koni's for around 480.
