i just ordered some 18'' rims but i am now plumb out of money, i was wondering if it would actually increase the ride height or so. anyone have any pics of 17 or 18's without drop?

from the center of your wheel to the outside will be longer with 18s compared to stock rims. you will have to measure your rims now and compare to your 18's when they arrive, but measure them with tires. that will tell you if it will be higher off the ground or not. i know that my car is now taller because i was using 17s with 205/40s compared to 225/45s now.

As these guys said, it should not make too much of a difference with your ride height. If you got the correct tire size to make your speedo stay the same, it will not change at all. But with big ass rims, little sidewall, and no drop, you will look like you are higher.

My Spyder with 18s and no drop in my sig pic. Not too bad imo especially if it's only till you can afford springs. I've had it like that for 3 years and nobody ever said anything bad (at least not to my face )
